  1. Any Indian citizen can obtain information, including documents and records, by applying to the Public Information Officer (PIO) cum Executive Officer, Municipal Council, Shri Naina Devi Ji, District Bilaspur.
  2. An applicant has to pay an application fee of Rs. 10/- along with the application.
  3. The information will be made available on payment of fee as follows:

  4. Payment is to be made by Treasury Challan, Demand Draft, or Indian Postal Order.
  5. BPL (Below Poverty Line) persons are exempted from application fee and additional charges.
  6. If the request is refused or not responded to, an appeal can be filed with the Appellate Authority within 30 days. A second appeal lies with the State Information Commission within 90 days.
